DESCRIPTION
The government authority in New York is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive computer services. Scope includes the management of multiple Microsoft Windows Servers in a multi domain controller environment, implementation and maintenance of Active Directory and group policies, and support for roaming profiles.
Services will involve maintenance and configuration of Sonicwall enterprise class firewalls with full CGSS filtering, multi VPN setup and management, and administration of multipoint external Wi-Fi networks across three locations. The contractor will also provide terminal services, remote access support, data protection using Symantec Backup Exec and Symantec Endpoint Protection, and disaster recovery planning following best practices.
In addition, the vendor is expected to support document imaging technologies such as DB2 and Kofax within a workgroup setting and provide hardware service and repair for the authority.
