DESCRIPTION

The organization is seeking a vendor to provide a computer numerical control (CNC) system that includes one CNC machining software package suitable for programming and operating a vertical machining center. The software must offer Computer–Aided Design (CAD) capabilities, and support the development, editing, simulation, and execution of CNC machining programs using industry-standard G–code.

The required scope of work consists of delivering the CNC software license, installation and configuration of the software, configuring the CNC machine post processor, providing operator training, technical support and updates, as well as supplying relevant documentation. The contract will cover a one-year period.
