DESCRIPTION

The Town of Wellesley, Massachusetts is seeking a vendor to provide a computer assisted mass appraisal (CAMA) system. The selected vendor will be responsible for planning and executing the migration of data from the existing Win Appraisal system property data files to the new CAMA platform. The Town strongly prefers a hosted or Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solution to ensure scalability, minimize local IT infrastructure, and enhance system reliability and accessibility.

The project includes the development and integration of custom reports and user interfaces tailored to the Town’s needs. The system must support essential integrations, such as workflows for generating quarterly real estate tax bills and seamless access to property details through the Town’s ArcGIS Enterprise platform. Comprehensive system testing will be required to ensure all functional, performance, and compatibility criteria are met.

Vendors are expected to provide detailed documentation, including user manuals and technical guides, as well as conduct training sessions for staff to familiarize them with the new system's features. The upgraded solution must also maintain the robust single and multi-family market-based valuation models currently used by the Wellesley Board of Assessors.
