The system must be capable of appraising a wide range of property types including real and personal property, agricultural land, oil and gas assets, minerals, utilities, and electric properties. It should incorporate advanced analytics, artificial intelligence features, and be scalable for long-term use.
The vendor will be responsible for migrating existing data, configuring and implementing the system, and providing comprehensive staff training and user documentation.
