A request for proposals is open for vendors to provide a modern, scalable, and secure Computer-Assisted Mass Appraisal (CAMA) system in New Mexico. The selected solution will support the appraisal, assessment, and management of all real and personal property within the county, ensuring compliance with state regulations and offering flexibility to accommodate future growth, emerging technologies, and evolving requirements.
Key functionalities required include comprehensive property data management, data import and integration, tools for field appraisers, valuation capabilities, notices and protest handling, document management, as well as data sharing and inter-departmental integration. The contract for the chosen vendor will span a five-year period. All interested vendors should submit their questions regarding this opportunity by November 3, 2025.
