Organization overview and procurement intelligence available on paid plans.
A comprehensive computer assisted coding solution is sought that leverages natural language processing and integrates with the existing electronic health record (EHR) system, specifically supporting interfacing with Epic. The objective is to enhance efficiency in medical coding and billing, thereby reducing the duration between the date of service and reimbursement to help recoup associated costs. The solution should capture lost revenue through improved coding efficiencies and enable accurate reporting of hospital acquired conditions (HAC) and other quality outcomes.
The system must provide user-friendly tools and customizable reporting features, supporting data collection necessary for Medicare cost reporting. Customization capabilities with vendor assistance and continued support are required. The solution should support both concurrent and retrospective coding approaches, offer robust document search features, and include a Visio diagram illustrating component relationships. Ongoing vendor support and the ability to customize reports are essential to accommodate the organization's evolving needs.
