DESCRIPTION

The City of Maywood, California is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive consulting services for the development of a new Zoning Code. The project scope includes creating an innovative, intuitive, and highly graphic code that clearly illustrates requirements, establishing a transparent and predictable process, and promoting high-quality urban design.

The consultant will be responsible for addressing community concerns, preparing a new Zoning Code including objective design standards for residential development, and conducting all required environmental reviews and CEQA documentation. Development of an updated zoning land use map is also required.
