The government authority in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania seeks a vendor to provide comprehensive vocational training and career development programs. Each program must offer hands-on training, job readiness skills, and industry-recognized certification upon completion.

The selected provider will be responsible for developing and implementing a curriculum aligned with current industry standards for various trades. All instructional staff should hold relevant qualifications and have substantial experience in their respective fields. Training sessions must be delivered onsite in coordination with facility staff, ensuring both operational efficiency and alignment with the organization's goals.

Core program components must include activities such as resume writing, interview preparation, personal budgeting, and career planning. Upon successful program completion, certificates will be issued to participants. Additionally, the contractor must document employment outcomes, recording graduates' success or non-success in obtaining a job, internship, or enrolling in further training within six months after the program ends. Compliance with all facility security and operational protocols is required throughout the delivery of services.
