The scope includes funding for extracurricular activities, classroom supplies, athletic programs, fine arts, and general school improvement projects.
The selected provider will be responsible for program planning and consulting with campus administrators or designated school representatives prior to program launch. The vendor must supply all necessary materials, promotional items, and tools required to execute the fundraising program. Logistics related to delivery and distribution of physical products or incentive prizes must be managed by the vendor, along with providing ongoing customer support throughout each campaign.
Post-campaign, the vendor is required to furnish detailed reporting and reconciliation of all financial transactions. The types of fundraising programs expected include product-based fundraising, experience and event-based fundraising, as well as digital and online fundraising options.
