Atlanta Regional Commission
Organization overview and procurement intelligence available on paid plans.
The client seeks a vendor to develop a Comprehensive Transportation Plan (CTP) for the government authority located in Atlanta, Georgia. The scope of work includes urban area and regional transportation planning, transit and alternative systems planning, transportation safety planning, and thorough public involvement. Additional services required are traffic and financial analysis, project identification and prioritization, as well as non-motorized transportation planning to support the agency throughout the CTP development process.
The vendor is expected to provide robust project management and facilitate meaningful, equitable community engagement during the CTP’s creation. The plan must feature an inventory of existing conditions within the study area, including a performance evaluation and identification of specific focus areas. An assessment to identify current and future gaps and needs in the transportation system will inform subsequent project recommendations. The vendor will prepare draft and final documentation of the Comprehensive Transportation Plan for review and submission.
Questions regarding the RFP must be submitted no later than April 30, 2026.
