Organization overview and procurement intelligence available on paid plans.
The vendor is required to provide a modern, full-featured student support platform capable of supporting analysis and decision-making at the student, subgroup, school, and district levels. The platform must integrate various types of student data and offer customizable visualizations and reports, including features such as early warning, student attendance monitoring, and discipline reporting.
Additionally, the platform should include a robust assessment delivery, management, and analytics system. This system must support flexible assessment authoring and delivery, a range of item types, accessibility features, and both paper-based and online assessment options. Reporting should be actionable at the instructional, item, and Florida standards-based levels, with a strong focus on teacher usability. Secure data export, integration, and agency ownership of all items and student data are essential. The goal is to transition from fragmented, slow, and manual processes to a centralized, intelligent solution for higher quality and cost-effective software delivery.
Vendors are expected to address technology implementation, assessment building, platform analytics, and ensure secure and efficient management of student information and assessments. Questions regarding this RFI must be submitted by March 25, 2026.
