DESCRIPTION


A Florida-based entity is seeking a vendor to provide a comprehensive student assessment platform. The platform must integrate seamlessly with Focus SIS, supporting features such as automatic roster synchronization, real-time data exchange, Grade Cam, and grade passback functionalities. Integration with Canvas LMS for grade passback is also required.

The platform must be capable of supporting high volumes, including simultaneous usage by more than 50,000 students during testing periods. Compatibility is essential across devices running Windows, Chromebook, iOS, and macOS. Advanced real-time reporting capabilities are required, along with dashboards and visualization tools suited for individual student snapshots, classroom-level reporting, school analysis, and district-wide roll-ups.

Vendors must ensure the platform includes robust export capabilities supporting CSV and Excel formats, customizable templates, and macro compatibility. Additionally, AI-powered tools for assessment creation are desired. The initial contract period will be for one year. All questions should be submitted by March 27, 2026.
