DESCRIPTION

A vendor is sought to provide comprehensive signage and wayfinding modernization services for Helena College in Montana. Services will include the design, manufacturing, and installation of architectural-grade interior and exterior signage. The scope of work covers conducting stakeholder interviews and user research to define goals, audiences, and key performance indicators.

The selected vendor will develop a modern, responsive design aligned with Helena College’s brand, carry out a wayfinding survey and sequence, and create a comprehensive index to renumber all designed spaces for enhanced efficiency and logical order. Additional responsibilities include surveying and reviewing all parking and entry relationships, defining parking, building, and entry identification, and discussing campus access and traffic concerns. The process will result in intuitive wayfinding solutions and user-friendly interfaces.

The project will culminate in a detailed written report summarizing fact-finding results, outlining potential aesthetic options, discussing the relationship of wayfinding components to overall branding, proposing a sign type vocabulary, and providing a draft of the campus destination list.
