DESCRIPTION

This RFP seeks a qualified vendor to provide a comprehensive Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) and Security Operations Center (SOC) solution that supports both cloud-hosted and on-premises environments. Key considerations for selection include cost-effectiveness, implementation timeline, and overall solution efficacy.

The scope includes providing network security features such as next-generation firewalls, unified threat management, intrusion prevention and detection, and web application firewalls. Endpoint security encompassing endpoint detection and response solutions as well as vulnerability management is required. The system should support identity and access management through on-premises directory services, cloud-based identity management, and network access control.

Additionally, the solution should cover cloud infrastructure (IaaS/PaaS), cloud-native security tools, virtualization platforms, applications and databases, enterprise storage solutions, and components of IoT, operational technology, and physical security such as surveillance, access control, and building automation systems. The contract will have a three-year term. A pre-proposal conference is scheduled, and questions must be submitted by the specified deadline.
