DESCRIPTION


The selected vendor will provide comprehensive safety action plan services to a government authority located in Greenville, North Carolina. The consultant will be responsible for leading and developing materials, as well as facilitating a robust public engagement process to inform the plan. Public engagement components include the design and implementation of an online survey aligned with different engagement phases, organization and facilitation of four in-person pop-up meetings, and coordination of five stakeholder meetings to collect input from key interest groups.

A public engagement summary will be produced, synthesizing feedback gathered throughout the process. The contract for these services will span a two-year period, ensuring comprehensive development and implementation of the safety action plan.
