DESCRIPTION


The selected vendor will deliver comprehensive rebranding, communication strategy, and marketing services. Services begin with in-depth research, interviews, and workshops involving stakeholders, leadership, community members, and target audiences to assess current perceptions, future objectives, and the competitive landscape. Detailed audience personas will be developed alongside an analysis of existing brand assets and messaging.

Brand identity design will involve developing creative concepts for a new logo and visual identity system, including variations, color palette, typography, and other graphic elements. The vendor will establish verbal brand guidelines covering tone of voice, key messaging, and approved terminology. A comprehensive and actionable brand style guide will be produced, outlining all elements of the new brand identity and detailing application examples.

Core brand assets will be designed, such as business card templates, letterhead, email signatures, presentation templates, and social media profile graphics. Final logo files will be provided in all required formats. The communication strategy will include recommendations for appropriate channels by audience, encompassing digital, print, in-person, and earned media. The marketing component involves evaluating existing programs and initiatives and advising on new strategies to support business attraction, retention, workforce development, entrepreneurship, and community engagement.
