A court in California seeks a vendor to deliver a comprehensive public relations and communications strategy service for its facilities planning initiatives. The selected provider will be responsible for creating a wide range of public-facing content and collateral, such as fact sheets, FAQs, presentations, web copy, social media content, and visual materials aimed at supporting transparency and fostering public understanding.
The scope includes developing and executing strategies to promote transparency, engage stakeholders, and enhance public trust regarding the court's infrastructure and capital planning efforts. The vendor will offer strategic advice on media outreach, public perception, and issue management related to facility planning and modernization activities. Deliverables include the development of key messaging, identification of target audiences, design of communication channels, and establishment of measurable outcomes.
Additional tasks involve fee schedule development for all deliverables, message creation, meeting design, facilitation support, and synthesis of stakeholder feedback. The vendor will also create summary materials and reports, templates, and messaging guides for use by the court’s in-house communications and external affairs teams. The contract is set for a three-year term.
