The government authority in Boston, Massachusetts is seeking a qualified vendor to deliver comprehensive property management engineering services. The selected company will be involved in the design, development, and execution of projects, including capital improvements, routine repairs, and ongoing maintenance. Responsibilities also include developing budget estimates based on proposed alternatives and providing construction management oversight for vendors completing project work.

The scope of work covers coordination of construction contractors and building services, effective communication and coordination with tenants, and the assessment of the feasibility and effectiveness of proposed engineering tests, products, or equipment, particularly when data is limited. The contractor will represent the client in resolving technical issues and in planning and coordinating work, conduct technical evaluations, and recommend efficient, cost-effective solutions.
