Comprehensive Plan Review and Update Service

The government authority in King George, VA is seeking a qualified vendor to conduct a comprehensive review and update of its community plan. Additionally, the scope includes developing a cohesive identity for the plan through the creation of a brand, theme, slogan, and associated logo and tagline. The project also involves modernizing planning graphics, exhibits, and maps, as well as providing updated demographic and housing analyses. The final plan must be professionally designed and formatted.
