A government authority in Florida is seeking a consultant to provide comprehensive performance and strategic evaluation services for a community redevelopment area. The selected consultant will conduct a thorough review of the area's performance, fiscal health, and the outcomes of redevelopment initiatives. As part of this engagement, the consultant will assess progress toward established plan goals and offer recommendations to enhance return potential and overall community impact.
Deliverables will include a detailed performance audit report, a redevelopment prioritization matrix, a strategic action framework, and recommendations for necessary plan amendments. An additive alternate report addressing bond readiness and revenue leveraging analysis is also required.
