DESCRIPTION


The City of Duncanville, Texas seeks a qualified vendor to provide comprehensive master plan development services for parks, recreation, trails, and open space. The resulting master plan will guide decision-making, capital investments, and operations over a ten-year planning horizon.

Services required include the creation of professional planning documents, conducting geotechnical investigations, performing design surveys, and preparing construction plans, technical specifications, contract documents, and construction staking.
