DESCRIPTION

The City of Duncanville, Texas seeks a qualified vendor to provide comprehensive master plan development services for parks, recreation, trails, and open space. The resulting master plan will guide decision-making, capital investments, and operations over a ten-year planning horizon.

Services required include the creation of professional planning documents, conducting geotechnical investigations, performing design surveys, and preparing construction plans, technical specifications, contract documents, and construction staking. The selected firm will also develop operations and maintenance manuals, review samples, catalog data, schedules, shop drawings, laboratory and mill tests of materials and equipment, and other related data submitted by contractors.

The contract period will be for one year, and all questions regarding this RFP must be submitted by May 15, 2026. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for May 12, 2026.
