Prison Fellowship International
Organization overview and procurement intelligence available on paid plans.
A non-profit organization in Virginia seeks a vendor to design and develop a comprehensive, multi-modal training system that fosters program excellence through the sharing of evidence-based practices within its agency network.
The scope of work includes designing and developing a draft version of an online learning platform capable of hosting three curriculum tracks: In-Prison programs, Children of Prisoners, and Restorative Justice. The platform should feature user experience design, structured organization of curriculum modules, support for both self-paced and facilitated learning, and initial accessibility and usability testing across various contexts.
Each curriculum should consist of 30 hours of content, organized into modular units suited to varying delivery settings and timeframes. The curricula must translate research findings into actionable guidance and ministry tools, providing learning objectives, module outlines, facilitator guides, participant handbooks or worksheets, case studies, visual and multimedia materials, and adaptation guidance for different national contexts. All questions regarding this proposal must be submitted by May 15, 2026.
