The selected provider will be responsible for ensuring the reliable, secure, and efficient operation of the authority's technology infrastructure, offering robust support across hardware, software, and network components.
Services will include 24/7/365 remote help desk support with tiered assistance, ticket tracking, and effective resolution management for all IT issues. Responsibilities extend to managing and maintaining physical and virtual servers, including active directory administration, patch and system updates, backup and disaster recovery operations, and storage area network administration.
