DESCRIPTION
The selected vendor will provide comprehensive event signage and exhibit production services to support agency events and initiatives. Services will include management of signage needs across multiple organizational programs and events, with a dedicated account management team to offer responsive support.
Responsibilities will include production of both customized temporary and permanent event signage, as well as exhibit components and marketing-oriented display elements. Limited design assistance will be offered as needed to ensure seamless execution of all signage requirements.
The scope also includes cataloguing, tracking, managing, and securely storing all signage and exhibit inventory. The vendor will maintain existing materials through cleaning, repair, and minor refurbishment as necessary to ensure continued usability and professional presentation. Additionally, the vendor will handle logistics, shipping, and fulfillment by preparing inventory for scheduled shipment or pickup.
