Organization overview and procurement intelligence available on paid plans.
The government authority located in Alameda, California is seeking a qualified contractor to provide comprehensive digital modelling and infrastructure documentation services for twenty-three existing stormwater lift stations of various sizes and capacities. Services include Building Information Modelling (BIM), review and documentation of electrical schematics, Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) systems, digitization of legacy documentation, and planning for future expansion.
The contractor will be responsible for delivering detailed 3D BIM models for each lift station, targeting a minimum Level of Development (LOD) 300, with LOD 400 preferred for enhanced detail. The scope includes multi-discipline modelling that addresses architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, and civil components, with clear and complete annotations, equipment layout, valve and piping details, and proper labelling. Contractors must also review and document all existing agency components and communication configurations, digitize existing operation and maintenance documents, and ensure as-built documentation accurately reflects all installed systems in line with industry standards. A baseline project schedule is required within thirty days of contract commencement, and the contractor is expected to identify any discrepancies between actual field conditions and legacy documentation.
A pre-bid meeting will take place on March 19, 2026, and all questions should be submitted by March 20, 2026. The anticipated contract period is one year.
