DESCRIPTION


The government authority in Ashland, Virginia seeks a qualified vendor to deliver comprehensive architectural, engineering, landscape architectural, surveying, and related professional services. Responsibilities include conducting boundary and topographic surveys, identifying environmental constraints such as wetlands, floodplains, easements, and utilities, and reviewing zoning and regulatory requirements.

The selected firm will conduct preliminary geotechnical reviews, evaluate internal site circulation and access, incorporate existing community input, and prepare the final detailed site plan.
