DESCRIPTION

The government authority in Oregon is seeking a vendor to provide compliance and web accessibility support services. The selected firm will ensure that all electronic documents and digital materials are accessible to individuals with disabilities, adhering to Web Content Accessibility Guidelines. This includes assistance with both the creation and remediation of documents and materials, as well as the conversion of existing and future agency documents, maps, drawings, and specification sheets for accessibility.

Deliverables will encompass documents and digital materials modified for accessibility, consulting and training services for agency staff, and the development of guidelines to enable staff to maintain ongoing compliance.
