Organization overview and procurement intelligence available on paid plans.
The State of Ohio is seeking vendors to develop and implement an AI-assisted, automated audit process software for compliance and performance monitoring. The solution must include functionality for risk assessment, audit tracking, report development, recommendations tracking, and customer support services available via online chat, email, and phone during State work hours (Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.). Customer support should address both software system issues (such as response timeouts and system crashes) and end user support (user administration problems like lockouts).
The proposed platform should integrate a Generative Artificial Intelligence (GenAI) model capable of being trained on audit inputs and used to identify high-risk elements, suggest audit focal points, analyze large transactional datasets against compliance criteria, and highlight gaps and anomalies. GenAI should also generate industry-standard work paper templates based on audit objectives, create supporting document checklists, and suggest interview questions for audits.
Additional requirements include the capability to search audit documents by auditee, process, year, and topic; track audit recommendations and generate reports of outstanding recommendations; and implement role-based access controls with user groups and customizable permissions across system functions.
