The vendor will automate workflows for competency-based question management, encompassing creation, review, and approval processes. Implementation of AI-powered dashboards and analytical reports is required to facilitate data-driven decision-making, alongside customizable analytics and reporting tailored to each user role.

Additional tasks involve delivering comprehensive user management features, including password resets, account locking, and role-based access controls for various platform users. The vendor must also produce detailed API documentation, optimize data structures, and improve indexed content for more efficient search and reporting. Building IT capacity through staff training and technical guidance is an integral part of the project, ensuring sustainable system operations moving forward.
