DESCRIPTION


A government authority in Seattle, Washington seeks a vendor to provide administrator services for its Community Oversight Panel (COP). The COP Administrator will coordinate closely with COP leadership and staff, drafting and revising correspondence, talking points, communication materials, and presentations for external audiences. The administrator will also support COP operations by organizing regular meetings, arranging speakers on identified issues, conducting research, and following up on member questions.

Additional responsibilities include drafting reports and written communications on behalf of the COP such as year-end reports, task force reports, and letters. The administrator is also expected to perform tasks assigned by the COP chair or staff, supporting oversight activities and developing and tracking annual work programs. The contract period is one year.
