A qualified vendor is sought to deliver community outreach and education services across Maryland for youth and young adults experiencing first episode psychosis, with a focus on promoting Coordinated Specialty Care (CSC). The selected provider will conduct outreach to clinical programs that serve this population and deliver specialized training on CSC care and available resources. Outreach activities must occur at a minimum of three sites per month—either on-site or virtually—totaling at least 36 events annually.
The scope of work includes developing engagement strategies to encourage youth and young adults to utilize mental health services, supporting recipients in achieving their recovery goals, and providing vouchers to facilitate access to health services, evaluations, and CSC referrals. Additionally, the vendor must maintain an easily accessible webpage with up-to-date CSC information and resources for statewide use.
The contract term is for one year.
