The selected vendor will lead the planning and execution of a comprehensive outreach campaign and educational activities aimed at increasing awareness of lead in traditional eyeliners. The initiative involves creating communication materials—potentially in partnership with other organizations—to support their outreach and education efforts.
The project scope includes reviewing existing research, findings from previous community projects, and internal staff knowledge related to traditional eyeliner use. The vendor will co-develop a messaging strategy guide for effectively discussing traditional eyeliner and lead risks with the community. Additional responsibilities include delivering direct residential services, community education, and building partnerships to prevent and address environmental health risks.
The vendor will co-create one or two outreach materials focused on raising awareness about lead in traditional eyeliners, plan and implement community education activities, and gather feedback from the community to refine co-developed messaging and strategies. The services are expected to be contracted for a one-year period.
