The State of California is seeking a vendor to provide community outreach and application assistance services aimed at increasing participation in public assistance programs. The primary objective is to strengthen outreach and enrollment efforts, ensuring that eligible individuals and families gain access to essential safety net benefits such as Medi-Cal and CalFresh.
The selected vendor will be responsible for identifying vulnerable community members who are not currently enrolled in relevant assistance programs but would benefit from participation. The vendor will assist in activities to promote continued enrollment and expand overall participation in these vital public programs through application support and educational outreach.
This contract will span a two-year period, with a focus on increasing the reach and effectiveness of public benefit enrollment initiatives throughout California.
