A vendor is sought to deliver community outreach and application assistance services aimed at supporting vulnerable populations in California. The primary responsibilities include identifying community members who are not currently enrolled in safety net programs but would benefit from participation, as well as assisting existing recipients with the completion and submission of renewals, recertifications, and required status or semiannual reports for programs such as Medi-Cal.
The selected vendor will also help individuals provide any missing verification documents through the online portal to prevent interruptions in their benefits. In addition to direct assistance, the vendor is expected to contribute to broader efforts to increase overall program participation and ensure eligible individuals have access to essential safety net resources.
