An agency is seeking a qualified vendor to manage comprehensive statewide community outreach and advertising services aimed at increasing consumer enrollment in the Low-Cost Automobile Insurance Program (CLCA), Patient and Provider Protection Act (PPPA), and Life and Annuity Consumer Protection Program (LACPP). The selected vendor will be responsible for developing and executing an integrated marketing, communications, and community engagement strategy, with a strong emphasis on regional, in-language, and culturally specific campaigns.
Key activities include creating and implementing outreach plans in partnership with community-based organizations, government entities, and CLCA certified producers. The scope also encompasses the production and deployment of integrated marketing and advertising initiatives.
The vendor will be expected to provide ongoing reporting, including monthly written documentation outlining planning, development, and measurable outcomes, as well as annual comprehensive reports. Reports should include analytics and anecdotal evidence demonstrating the effectiveness and engagement levels of advertising efforts with targeted audiences. Virtual evaluation meetings will also be conducted as part of the ongoing project management and assessment process.
