DESCRIPTION

The government authority in Oregon is seeking a vendor to provide community mailer services for a college district. The project involves printing and mailing a four-page broadsheet newsletter, which will be distributed to all households within the college district four times annually.

Mailer specifications include dimensions of 10.5 x 16.25 inches, a four-page self-cover with full color printing on both sides (4cp/4cp), utilizing 43# #5 Electracote Gloss Book paper. The vendor will receive a press-ready PDF file and is expected to facilitate online or digital uploading, proofing, and approval processes. Finished mailers will be folded and trimmed inline to 10.5 x 8.125 inches and packaged as bulk packs on skids.
