Community Infant and Maternal Health Event Coordinator Service

An organization in Hawaii is seeking an experienced event coordinator to manage community events aimed at improving infant and maternal health. The coordinator will collaborate closely with clinical partners to ensure staff are present at events such as community baby showers, where they will offer immediate assistance, answer participant questions, and facilitate direct connections to healthcare services.

Key responsibilities include organizing on-site scheduling for appointments, making introductions to clinic staff, and providing immediate linkages to prenatal, postpartum, pediatric, behavioral health, or family planning services as needed. The coordinator will also design and disseminate culturally appropriate promotional materials across various platforms, and conduct targeted outreach by engaging community health workers, schools, churches, and partner organizations.

Additional duties involve overseeing event setup and logistics, coordinating registration, managing partner booths, providing food and activities, and distributing essential infant and maternal supplies.
