DESCRIPTION


This RFP seeks a qualified vendor to provide comprehensive community engagement professional services, including the implementation of programs that enrich the lives of children, youth, families, single adults, and aging adults. The selected firm will deliver consulting services to address the evolving needs of the community, focusing on strategic planning, program development, and the establishment of both short-term and long-term strategies through goal setting, analysis, strategy formation, implementation, and ongoing monitoring of policies and procedures.

In addition, the vendor will provide design, marketing, and communication services to enhance outreach, messaging, and branding, thereby increasing public awareness and participation in community programs. The scope also includes independent evaluation and auditing of programmatic and financial operations, as well as the provision of training, technical assistance, and capacity building for staff and partners to promote continuous growth and strengthen capabilities. Fiscal sponsorship services are required to ensure financial oversight, distribution of funds, and adherence to programmatic guidelines for public funded grant programs.
