DESCRIPTION


A vendor is sought to provide comprehensive community engagement and outreach services focused on the senior and disabled citizen's property tax deferral program. Key deliverables include planning strategies to assess current community awareness and the development of a robust public awareness campaign plan, featuring diverse marketing materials (such as flyers, pamphlets, and social media graphics), targeted paid advertising, and educational outreach. All materials must be accessible, with print, digital, and multilingual versions as required.

The vendor will be responsible for collecting and analyzing data to monitor and report on the reach and effectiveness of all marketing efforts.
