DESCRIPTION


The agency seeks a vendor to provide comprehensive community engagement and communications services to support flood resilience and climate adaptation initiatives. Key responsibilities include community outreach, stakeholder engagement, multi-jurisdictional facilitation, governance support, and the development of general branding and communications strategies.

The selected firm will lead inclusive, accessible, and equity-centered engagement activities focused on shoreline adaptation and climate risk reduction.
