DESCRIPTION


The selected vendor will lead the development and execution of a comprehensive public education campaign over three years, focusing on defensible space, hazardous fuel reduction, youth education, and general wildfire preparedness. The agency will be responsible for brand development including creation of logos, taglines, and messaging to support outreach objectives.

Duties include the design of an accessible website in compliance with language accessibility standards and ADA requirements, production of videos, as well as coordination of community events and speaking engagements. Outreach efforts will span digital, broadcast, print, and billboard platforms. The scope of services also covers the creation of collateral materials such as flyers, banners, fact sheets, brochures, and implementation of direct mail campaigns. The goal is to increase media frequency and reinforce wildfire preparedness messages across multiple platforms.
