The selected solution will replace the current community development (CD) system, aiming to improve the City’s capabilities in managing community-related processes.
The new system should offer a robust software environment or an integrated combination of systems that support core community development functions. Enhancements include an online portal to ensure more timely, accurate, and comprehensive information access for citizens, City personnel, and vendors. The solution should enable better data validation and management, maintaining a single source of truth and increasing staff confidence in system data accuracy.
Workflow automation and streamlined business processes are also required to drive operational efficiencies. A pre-bid meeting will take place on March 30, 2026, and all clarification questions must be submitted by April 9, 2026.
