KEY REQUIREMENTS

Firm must have a full-time service office in Southern California, preferably Orange County.
Firm must have at least five years of experience performing similar work.
Proposed project managers must have at least five years of experience in their capacity.
Firm must self-perform a majority of the primary work.

Consultant must secure and maintain all required insurance.
