The selected vendor will provide services as a Community-Based Organization (CBO) Engagement Coordinator, focusing on building and managing relationships with relevant CBOs to support a public program. This role includes identifying qualified Coordinator personnel to develop connections with community partners tasked with supporting income-qualified residents, seniors, and individuals who face language or digital barriers. The coordinator will assist these populations in navigating the e-bike voucher application and redemption process.
Key responsibilities include organizing community events and testing opportunities in collaboration with retailers, allowing residents to learn about and experience different e-bike models before utilizing their vouchers. The vendor will also be responsible for distributing marketing materials, such as CBO-tailored flyers, to raise awareness about application phases and critical deadlines among community members.
Outreach and visibility efforts are essential, involving the recruitment and mobilization of community groups to publicize the program, with a special emphasis on high-priority, income-qualified regions. The coordinator must also demonstrate capacity to manage CBO and event operations, including the execution of in-person outreach efforts and “office hours” in accessible community locations.
