DESCRIPTION

A government authority in New York is seeking a vendor to provide community-based diversion program services. The selected vendor will be responsible for designing and implementing programs aimed at diverting individuals from the traditional justice system by engaging community resources and supports.

Vendors will be required to maintain accurate reporting and case records in strict compliance with all applicable regulations and program guidance. A dedicated Program Reporting Code (1760) has been established specifically for tracking these funds, and reporting under this code is mandatory. Additionally, vendors must collaborate actively with a range of community stakeholders such as housing and treatment providers, Single Point of Access (SPOA), court and legal personnel, jail staff, probation officers, and other related programs like Alternatives to Incarceration (ATI) and pre-trial services.

Questions regarding this RFP must be submitted by April 1, 2026.
