Community Assessment and Engagement Guide Service

A consultant is sought to develop a comprehensive community assessment and engagement guide. This service will include identifying best practices, developing an interactive mapping tool, as well as conducting testing and training. The selected vendor will also provide a forum to facilitate discussions between technical staff and community representatives focused on approaches and best practices for conducting community assessments.

Responsibilities encompass drafting and reviewing the community assessment and engagement guide, clearly defining the roles and data needs for both the consultant and council staff. The project further requires preparation of agendas, meeting materials, and minutes for all project management meetings, along with committee review of draft guides and recommended tools for the guide’s implementation.
