The government authority in Springfield, Missouri seeks a qualified vendor to provide comprehensive communications system and cabling services. Services include conducting needs analysis and room usage planning, designing systems for both current and future audio-visual (AV) requirements, and supplying and installing AV equipment compatible with an existing Crestron-controlled infrastructure. Preference is given to Crestron-branded equipment where applicable.
The vendor will be responsible for the supply and installation of stand-alone Cisco Webex teleconferencing equipment, commercial-grade or digital signage displays (minimum 16/7 rating), and video wall solutions such as LED panels or digital projection systems. Integration and programming of all AV hardware with the Crestron control platform is required, including control of lighting and room systems. Additionally, the scope includes cable termination, labeling, testing, and provision of network cable certifications upon request. All AV systems must operate seamlessly over Cisco Catalyst or Meraki switches. The anticipated contract period is two years, with key milestones including a pre-bid meeting and deadline for submission of questions.
