The agency seeks a qualified partner to provide comprehensive communications support services over a two-year period. The selected vendor will collaborate closely to develop and execute integrated communications strategies aimed at advancing the agency’s vision, enhancing public understanding, and upholding trust in the agency’s stewardship.
Key components include the creation and implementation of cohesive communications strategies that distill complex investment concepts into clear, compelling narratives. The scope of work encompasses brand and creative development, ensuring consistent and thoughtful brand identity; publication and reporting development; as well as public outreach and education initiatives designed to communicate the agency's permanent fund mission, performance, and long-term value to Alaskans.
Further responsibilities include enhancing the agency’s digital presence, managing digital and social communications, and developing targeted marketing campaigns aligned with strategic priorities. The vendor will also provide executive communications, media training, proactive media engagement, reputation management, and crisis communication support. Visual media production, multicultural communications, and support for key events and milestones are also requested, ensuring coherent and impactful storytelling across all platforms.
