Communications Support Services

The city is seeking a qualified vendor to provide comprehensive communications support services for a one-year period. The scope of work includes creating and updating content for newsletters, website updates, print materials, and social media platforms. Responsibilities will involve drafting social media posts and website content, capturing and editing photos and videos, as well as uploading materials to appropriate digital channels.

The selected vendor will prepare content for press releases, emails, newsletters, event promotions, and project communications. Additional duties include reviewing materials for accuracy, grammar, and punctuation, and collaborating with various city departments and partners to identify communications needs and gather necessary information. The vendor will compile and review analytics across all channels on a monthly basis to inform and refine the overall communications strategy.

Asset management is also required, including organizing and maintaining image and video libraries, as well as assisting with the maintenance of email lists for campaign distribution. The vendor will be expected to work collaboratively within a team environment and complete all assigned tasks within designated timelines, supporting the city’s communications objectives as needed.
