Communications Services for Independent International Scientific Panel on Artificial Intelligence and Launch Their First Report

An independent international scientific panel on artificial intelligence is seeking a qualified vendor to provide communications services for the panel’s launch and the release of its inaugural report. The selected provider will be responsible for securing high-credibility, high-impact global visibility and ensuring accurate understanding of the panel’s AI governance mechanisms.

Key responsibilities include developing a comprehensive strategic communications foundation to support timely and consistent public messaging. This encompasses the creation of a core message framework, a master Q&A and issues-management pack, and specialized narrative guidance on sensitive topics such as the panel’s independence, legitimacy, and scope.

The vendor will design and execute two major global media operations: one for the establishment of the panel in January 2026, and another for the launch of its first annual report in July 2026. Deliverables include a fully prepared media kit with press releases, media advisories, explainers, factsheets, Q&A documents, quotes, spokesperson talking points, clarification sheets, visual asset guidance, and partner dissemination materials. Additionally, the vendor will engage relevant newsletters, podcasts, and online communities to promote accurate public interpretation and active discussion regarding AI governance and technology debates.
